I own a lexus, and a BMW which I have Seviced at Elite Since 1998, they have been honest, and always do quality work, they also use Factory Genuine Parts, They send thank- you notes after servicing my cars and always send Holiday Greeting cars during the Holidays, when i refer a friend to them they also send thank-you note with a coupon to save money on my next service.i would recommend this garage to anyone thats looking for top notch service, honesty, and friendly people to deal with.

My auto(1992 Toyota Celica GT)has been maintained twice since my former mechanic closed shop without any notification to loyal customers which was very upsetting to me and I assume to others.Elite auto garage was listed on your wed site which was a blessing to me--not only do they have excellent mechanics they are superbly gualified.The time patience explaining problems and repairs was extremely appreciated--Jim (owner)Ruth, Wayne,(Toyota Specialist)and all of the staff congratulations to all you have my complete trust and confidence--the honesty witness by me and others waiting for repairs of their autos was the topic of conversation,the family atmosphere was so refreshing ,every mechanic has his own specialty and proof of expertise. The people at Elite Auto are competent, courteous, and meticulous in their car for my Lexus. They are more competent than the local Lexus dealership and more reasonably priced. Also, unlike the dealership, I haven't had to return to have a problem fixed a second time; they got it right the first time. I also appreciate the personalized service: I have been dropped off at my home and picked up to retrieve my car by the owner of Elite himself. As for office managers...Ruth is the absolute friendliest and BEST I've ever met!

I have been bringing my 13 year old Infiniti to Elite for 5 years. These guys are great diagnosticians,honest,skilled at repair and have often told me when I didn't need something I thought I needed. Best repair shop I have ever dealt with.

I just moved in the neighborhood and not knowing where to bring my BMW for service I decided to check car talk for any recommendations that you may have. I must admit I picked the one with the most postive feedback and decided to give them a try. I must say that when I arrived at the shop I was suprised on how neat everything was and most of all how friendly everyone was. That day I was lucky because Elite was having a sponsored event at a Pawtucket Red Sox baseball, So that day I had my car serviced, they washed my car, went to a Pawtucket Redsox game, had a barbecue, and my son even caught a game ball. Now that's a good day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

These folks are great. I was up from VA visiting my daughter in Warwick, and thought I was losing radiator coolant in my 95 Saturn,so took it in to have it checked. When I called them, they said the coolant was okay, but I had a potentially serious problem and needed to change my ball joints and control arms. So naturally, I asked how they found that problem when they were checking the radiator, and they replied that every car that comes in they give a complete safety check. I knew I had some kind of problem, but thought I only needed shocks or something minor. Anyhow, I was lucky to have this problem fixed before my return trip to VA. Then I discovered that not only had they vacuumed the inside of my car, they had cleaned the dash, etc. with Armor-all, and even washed the exterior of the car!
