Frank also known as "Rocky." If Rocky thinks the job is beyond his ability to do completely and well, he'll tell you up front...he does not take his customers on fishing trips. If he encounters/discovers a problem that is best fixed by a dealer or other specialist, he'll let you know that quickly...and, typically without charge for the work he has into the car. Rocky is an intuitive and competent mechanic who is honest and not a thief. His wife, Sandy, who keeps him in line with a rather menacing Stilson is charming and fun to talk to...she runs the office.

This is a family-run business. The wife handles the desk, the husband (Rocky) and sons work in the garage. I grew up nearby and began taking my vehicles there when I was in college. Rocky is always busy but, as I was a commuter to school, he always tried to get my car done as soon as possible so that I didn't have a chance to miss classes. An honest mechanic if there ever was one.
