Bud's worked on my Mercery Tracer for the past 5 years or so, and in solid, New England, "swamp Yankee" fashion, has kept the little car running like a top.

This is the first time I have gone to Simpsons. I had a tricky issue with my nissan altima 98. They did a good job trying to diagnose the issue however turned out it was more transmission related and we had to get the selenoid replaced. They were able to refer me to a transmission specialist in the area and now everything works good as new. Nice guys and reasonable pricing.

They are very helpful. Found out about them from a friend after being burned by another mechanic. Very knowledgeable, honest, do great work, and their prices are reasonable.

I was really new to the area when I found what I thought was a gas leak in my car. I didn't know any good places to go to, so I came to this site to look for good mechanics. Not only were the staff here professional and helpful, but the price was VERY affordable (college student/Americorps member). It turned out I didn't have a gas leak, and they actually took me into the shop, lifted up my car, and showed and explained to me what was going on, and how it worked and how their suggested repairs would work. While I was waiting, there was coffee brewing, and the lady at the front desk stopped what she was doing to bring creamer over to me from the fridge (wonderful hospitality!) I would recommend this shop highly to anyone who has lost faith in the automotive industry.
