John at Saturn of Wexford ( and I assume all the other mechanics)always takes time to really talk with me and makes sure that I understand any problem and what they wiil do to fix it. I had leaking weathersripping on both rear doors because the stripping had shrunk and pulled away from the door jamb. John told me that the installer of the weatersripping at the Saturn plant in Tenn.had been in the habit of cutting off 1/2 inch of the rubber because the installer thought it was too long despite the fact that an engineer had designed it correctly to compensate for shrinkage. John did not reglue the stripping as I suggested he should - he completely replaced all the stripping on ALL of the doors with the correct length stripping. And the best part, it was still under warrantee and cost me nothing. John went out of his way to explain the problem to me, fix it and made sure I was completely satisfied when he was finished. I love working with John and wont go anywhere else !!!!!
