I really love Willow Street Tire and Auto. I wouldn't take any of my cars to any other place. They are wonderful!

When we recently moved to the neighborhood, they were highly recommended. Our experience with their friendly service is very positive.

Compared to our 1st mechanic in Lancaster, WSTA is VERY honest! :) They are very friendly and knowledgeable in there and won't recommend any work that isn't ABSOLUTELY necessasry. Just be careful of their new puppy in there; it's a bit frisky! :)

My only experience with them was that I asked for a recommendation for 4 new tires that would give a softer ride than my original tires. The office lady knew exactly where to find the information. After I got the tires, I could feel a pulsing vibration while driving, and I thought that they were not balanced properly. A shop man drove it with me and said that the pulsation was due to something other than the tires. I took it to Nissan, who rebalanced them and said that they were seriously out- of-round. Back to WVT@A -- Chip Martin invited me to watch while he spun the tires and checked the balance. The unbalance was so slight that it could not be the cause of the problem. He rotated the new tires, then drove it with me; the pulsation was no different than before, and he convinced me that tires are not the source of the problem. NO CHARGE for the extra time and expertise.

First time I went in for an oil change to try them. While I waited, I heard them on the phone explaining to a customer how they could save money on a job. I think they're honest and straightforward. I think the prices are reasonable, and they aren't trying to sell me something my car doesn't need.

I've been with them for 20 years with ford van , Volvo SS, Mitsubishi, and they have the equipment and know-how for all of them. Because they are a family business, they treat you like family. They're very honest, and they have the best prices. I DITTO many of the comments above.

I have always liked their work and their style of helping. I have heard them being very caring for persons who did not understand. They are always on time - and let you pick your car and pay later once they know you. Today, I brought my car in for a clutch. I assumed, with 178,000 miles it might be time. A nice $500 repair - but needed. Instead, they call me and say the clutch is fine, and that they test drove it and there was no slippage. They did not need to do that - and I know some who might not have. Also...the muffler needed replaced. They had kept track of my repairs and said it was still under warranty. Good guys...plus they have a baby in the office usually, and two great dogs. (What more can you want)
