I've used this shop since my Rabbit diesel days of the late '70s. I've always driven veedubs and this shop is one of the reasons why. They are close, friendly and extremely reliable.

I didn't think places like this actually existed. Dave and PJ, the owner, are honest and realistic. They always offer options and explain the situation adequately. The mechanics are all top notch and fix it right the first time. In fact it has become the GO TO place when other shops screw up. Usually PJ has a better recommendation at a better price. They are convenient, flexible and just good people. There is no better garage in the area.

Ken, the service writer is always friendly and tells amusing stories. They have a cute office manager (Christine) who is always friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that I would refer their service, they sent me an envelope with coupons for $20.00 off any service/repair for my vehicle as well as the person I refer to them. I had written them a thank you letter regarding this and they called to ask me if they could use my letter in their ads to which I agreed. They use Enterprise rentals which are offered at no cost to the customer. I've used a rental for several days once and wasn't charged. PS: They love candy and donuts. Actually any baked goods will do. PPS: I also suggested that the owner build a bench outside so I could sit and smoke my cigars while waiting for my vehicle. They will consider it.
