Jeff has really been a great help. WE have gone to him for ovcer 10 years. When my Explorer's 4WD Transfer case gave up the ghost the local Ford garage estimated it would take 3 days after they got the parts, which would take 2 weeks, to fix it along with about $1500. Jeff researched the problem for me through his network, had the part the next day, it did take him two day to get it all back and working fine for only $350, and two weeks sooner than the Ford garage. That was 3 years ago, the 4WD is still fine. He also regularly repairs my wifes Mercedes, we are always satisified with the work and pleased with the price. Up here there aren't a lot of mechanics to choose from, let alone ones you can trust that do good work resonably.

Jeff runs a great garage. My dad has gone to him for years and since we moved here we go there too on my dad's recommendation. This is an old fashioned garage of the best kind. The service and parts fees are average and fair. But Jeff will try to find the least expensive solution first. Once they repair your car it works, no going back over and over for the same problems. I gave a 4 rating on timeliness because one time they took several days before he got to my car because he honestly was swamped. I don't have to go to work and have an extra car so I was not put out. The garage is out in the country on a mountain road that is used frequently, but because it is so rural there is no van service or loaners. I think he is honest and a nice man family man too. Maybe I am a biased customer after all.
