I was on the last leg of a trip from California to Maine when I broke down on Route 80 just outside of Sibel -- in Brookville, PA. I managed to coax my car off the highway into town, and I pulled into a local landscaping business to ask for a garage recommendation. Everyone there (employees and customers) agreed that "Wally's" was the place to go -- they said he does good work, and his prices are extremely fair. One guy even said that his son, who lives in Maryland, takes his car to Wally's whenever possible to have work done. By Wally's, they meant Sigel Automotive -- and I am writing to testify that, in my experience, it is an awesome shop. We called ahead, so Wally was ready for my car when we pulled up in the tow truck. He and his crew literally started working on my car before I was even out of the truck, and he had diagnosed the problem -- correctly -- in about five minutes: a broken fuel pump. He had to order the part which meant I would have to stay over night -- so his wife, who also works at the shop, called area hotels for me and then gave me a ride back into town! The following day she drove out of her way again; she personally picked up the fuel pump they had ordered, just to make sure I would have my car finished that day. By 2 pm my car was ready to go, and I was picked up at my hotel and driven back to the shop. All this for about $300 -- very true to the estimate, and extremely reasonable. I found everyone at Sibel Automotive to be honest, knowledgeable, competent, fast-working, professional, and generous. They are good people and they do great work! They work on domestic and foreign cars, and they do pretty much everything. I would recommend their shop to anyone.
