This is the legendary small shop car mechanic. George actually fixes stuff - he doesn't replace whole systems when he can repair a part of it. He understands how things work or he will take the time to figure out what is wrong. George is absolutely, totally and completely honest and he left his job at the nuclear power plant where he controlled the plant (no Homer Simpson here) to set up shop at a garage next to his home. He is personable, reasonable and he fixes what is wrong the first time because he takes his time and charges less than the going rate for work. He is busy and always has cars at the shop...he is also a skilled drag racer and engine builder. He even fixed my MGB - it sings, starts and runs like, well, like ...ummm, ok a Japanese car now that he has worked on it. I can't say enough abou this guy - the best mechanic I have ever encountered!
