Did a state inspection on my car, broke the muffler, would not repair it without additional charges, lost the parking brake cover plate and would not replace

I bought a new car so I've been in dealer hell and have not used Herky for a while, but have had terrific experiences with. Women especially should go here because Herky's sister knows almost as much about cars as he does and she can explain if Herky is busy. My 1st experience was with a car with oil leak; dealer said rear main seal: $650. Shared that diagnosis with Herky. Sequence at Herky's: first, too much oil on engine to see, need to clean for $30; OK? Next call: so much oil leaking around water pump need to fix to see if other leaks: $180, OK? Third call: all finished. Sure convinced me of his honesty.

They have worked on four different cars for me and have always done a great job at very competitive prices. I now live about 20 miles away and still take my cars there - wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else.
