This shop has a crew to that is one of the best. Everyone who works there from the folks at the counter to the parts department and the mechanics, well, they are very knowledgable and friendly and glad to help you out. They listen to the customer and recommend what is going on with your car and how to make it run better before they charge you for it. Glad to give you the worn out parts, too, if you ask for them. Check out the small "Honda museum" while you visit, too. They wash your car while it's on the lot so it's clean when you get it back. Great service and highly recommended. Better than anything in Lancaster.

I have not had a bad experience in the six year's I've had my Honda Civic serviced at Piazza. The guys at the counter are knowledgeable, courteous and explain what needs to be done clearly and without a fuss. A great bonus is their shuttle service - other area dealerships stopped offering this service year's ago. They do like to use "licensed" Honda parts, so you could probably save money going to a non-dealer-affiliated shop, but their mechanics are aces. I figure they're worth the extra bucks.

I have a Honda Odyssey that they worked on many times, most recent for the transmission. At 96,000 miles they replaced it for the recall and I had no problems with it. At 125,000 I had them do the recommended trans service. At 155,00 the trans needed to be replaced to the tune of 3300.00. Now here is the part that I am really impressed with. I told them that I was not happy that the trans failed in 60,000 miles and asked them if they thought that it should be failing now since I had done the service they recommend to it. Their answer "no it does seem to not have lived it's useful life" I asked them to find out what Honda Corp. was going to do to make this right. I told them that I did not expect another free transmission, however I did not think I should have to pay the full cost of repair. The replay from Honda Corp. I have to pay half of the cost of the repair. I was quite pleased with that response. I was also pleased that the dealer was happy to make the phone calls to Honda Corp, so that I did not have to deal with that hassle. Overall happy with the customer service. Now their prices I think could be lower however. They quoted 1300.00 to change timing belt and I am having the same service done at another shop for 630.00.
