The Owner Chuck typically answers the phone- much better when you have questions. Not like other shops where they have to hunt a guy (or gal) down. Good prices for basic services. They don't yank you around when you get there. The shop is nice and property well kept. Even though McKees Rocks is known to Pittsburgh-ers as the rougher part of town it still feels pretty safe. Found this shop through Mechanics files and am now a repeat customer- Thanks Car Talk!
