Frank and Neil always show me the parts..which on the Audi and our old Porsche usually resemble a Dr. Seuss item. They are both patient with us as we describe noises and squonks and my husband's pentient for adding gizmos to our old S6 sedan. On the rare occasion where a repair hasn't "stuck", fixed a hose only to find another one leaking a few weeks later, they don't charge us for the repair. This is the happiest we've ever been with mechanics and refer them with confidence.

I took my Audi A-4 to Euro Tech for a check engine light. I took it home and the light was off, but low and behold it came back on by the time I got home. After taking it back to them again, Neil concluded that it needed a throttle body; he commenced the repair (about $450) and found the light still coming on. To his credit, he called me, told me he couldn't sell me the repair, took the throttle body out, and told me to take it to the dealer, as it was possible that there was a service recall on it. I took it to the dealer, and there was a recall that was causing the problem, and didn't have to pay a dime. I wanted to write this to commend their honesty. I just called Neil and told him (and scheduled a timing belt repair) and he really was genuinely pleased that it was fixed without cost to me. I think that these guys are truly interested in their customers, and I look forward to using them in the future.
