Dave and his staff are not only honest and exteremly compent but they really go out of their way to help you in any way they can. When a wrong part was sent he got the right one even though it cost him more there was no incease in the price to me. I have Been in the car bussinesss 30 years and i wish I had a service department as fine as theses guys. I saw the posting on the Car Talk web site and had just moved to Pittsburgh. I also found my self with a 560SL and a 300E Fourmatic Merecedes Benz, I had forgotten that I was no longer in NY. I WAS SO affraid i'd never find a person who could service and repair these fine cars with professionalism. I was so confident in their work I let my wife drive the car home after they worked on her 560 the first time. I then brought a 3 series bmw and ask them to look it over and said I thought it may need a clutch, shocks, and struts Dave said all it needed was brake hoses and rear rotors, as well as lower control arms. I let him do the control arms, and a few other jobs. I did the brakes. I was an am very happy to have found a Great service facility and one that won't take you to the cleaners. Do the job right the first time and worked till 8pm on a Friday to make SURE it was right. That was AFTER i'd had all ready paid him. This is the shop we all look for and never find. Here it is folks. Mike
