On a cross-country trip our Toyota Sienna was idling poorly and lost power when climbing. As we entered Pittsburgh, the check engine light came on. The GPS found Mark's shop and I called to ask if he could see us immediately. We had an evening performance to get to and Mark was able to do all the repairs in about 4 hours and get us back on the road. He had his staff work quickly, but was careful not to let speed trump conscientious work, taking the van for a test drive after replacing a bad coil and replacing the old sparkplugs. He also took a few moments to tighten the belt tensioner, as the belts were squealing now and again. He explained his work and showed us the replaced parts when we showed interest. The van has been running very well and we're very grateful to Mark and his staff. Highly recommended.

His shop is always crowded with cars of all makes and models, so that's an endorsement.
