Owner, Doug Stuart, drives Audis, and is particurarly knoledgeable on German makes. He has worked on my wife's MB and my Audi, Volvo, and MB's over the years. His hourly rate is $48 which is well below most dealers in the area.

I am a female graduate student with some knowledge of cars. My 2003 Jetta was having some strange, sporadic stalling problems that I had never been able to pinpoint. The mechanic at European Imports treated me with respect He listened to what I had to say about what my Jetta was doing and trusted me to know what was odd about it. He also didn't assume that that meant I knew everything about the car, so he took the time to explain to me, in detail, what was going wrong in my engine. He went over his proposed repairs line for line before doing anything. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The turnaround time for my car was incredible - it was in the shop for 24 hours total. My Jetta runs better than it has in a year. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at European Imports, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to a friend or to take my own car back again.
