they are very honest and hard working, if they make a mistake they provide all repairs cost to fix the problem at no charge to customer, if they cant fix a problem they tell you they dont just throw parts at the car until it is fixed like many other shops, their body work is excellent, they do top notch work

I had a fair number of jobs done on my older vehicles (87 olds and 86 mercury) over many years. They've done good solid work for a reasonable price. Alsways took time to explain problems and issues. Made good recommendations. I highly recommend this place to friends, etc. Decent employees work here.

Repeatedly they tell me not to try to repair things I think need it. They are always right. I wanted to fix a leaking gasket in the Subaaru many years ago. Nope, it would cause too many problems. Just leave it. Fix the leaking transmission gasket in the GMC van? Nope-just keep the fluid up. They changed the engine in the van when it needed it. I backed the van into a tree once--don't ask!--and he did a beautiful job repairing the rear door. And it cost less than insurance allowance, so I even got the deductible mostly covered. They are great.

These folks are as honest as the day is long and have a no nonsense, practical approach to the work that they do. Over the past few years I had allowed distance to stop me using them, something that I deeply regret and something that will not happen again! My most recent contact with them was to have them take a look at my current car. I had been advised that I had expensive work ahead of me - my only comment after this inspection is that there is no new car in my immediate future. I know that there can be no guarantees but I really value the input I received.
