My car was towed an additional 20 miles to this transmission shop at the recommendation of a AAA tow service (the driver happened to be a family member of the head mechanic). It was well worth it, and by coincidence, right down the road from where I work. Tony at United Transmissions was able to quickly rectify the problem within two business days (broken clutch line cable) and got me back on the road. He took extra steps after I expressed concern over my upcoming inspection due this month and stayed true to his initial quoted price before fixing my cracked radiator and rotating my tires. Tony explained issues very clearly and renewed my confidence in my car! I'll definitely be a returning customer. Prices are very reasonable. It's a small repair shop, in a small rural town. I've had bad shop experiences in the nearby town where I work- so this was a great relief to know this shop is along my morning commute.
