it was father and two sons, one is disabled now. will go extra length to explain options. on one van needed trans, was worth it to have them rebuild with 50,000 3mile warranty. on other car they found great salavaged trans for only $300 and $250 to install, put 70,000 on it, still strong and just sold it. always calls before starting work. all good employees, very good morale in shop. very respectfull and competant. fun to do business with.

Friendly, sincere family "local garage-type" facility. Honest people that remember your name. Will give you a ride home and pick you up if needed. Trustworthy. Will go the extra mile to try to save you $. Flexible hours but not opened on Saturday. They dont mind if you get the parts yourself and dont charge extra for the little things like tire valves and balancing if you get your tires from them. Reasonable labor prices. Will honestly let you know if they have a problem and work with you to get things right.
