Went in to have a steering problem diagnosed. Turned out that there was a small puncture (i.e. slow leak) in the sidewall of my front tire. They tried to tell me that all four of my tires were badly worn and that I needed to replace them. I told them that I needed time to figure out which tires to purchase. Therefore, I asked them to place my spare tire on the vehicle and they refused citing a lack of staff. When I picked up the car, there were two workers just cleaning up. It would have taken five minutes or less to place the vehicle on the lift and use the air wrench to replace the flat tire with the spare. Instead they made me use the scissor jack in their parking lot in below freezing temperatures to replace the tire myself. I took the car to a tire dealer and they told me that the tires had half their tread remaining! Don't go to Steinbrenner. They are dishonest and lack basic courtesy!
