This is my second Toyota. I was always more of a Honda guy. Took my 1996 Civic DX coupe to their Honda dealership across the street. 273,000 miles when I traded it on a new Impala. Still had the original clutch. Bought a 2010 Prius from another Toyota dealership that's close to where I work. Had taken an old Mazda RX-7 to them when I had it, they also sell, and service Mazda's, excellent. When I took my Prius to them for its first check up, they didn't wash it. Dark blue car, middle of winter, white with road salt, nothing. Service manager wrote, asked if they could have done anything better, mentioned this to him, and he got all defensive. Said they offered car washes at $19.95, but didn't include routinely, to keep their prices low. Booby Rahal is $35 cheaper for the 10,ooo mile service, synthetic oil change, I found out, and they do wash, and vacuum your car. Sold the Prius, had a Golf, traded the Golf for a Camry, same dealership. Took in for first service, not washed, greasy finger prints on driver's door, five. Tough parking there. Took to Bobby Rahal, based on record with Civic at their Honda dealership, couldn't be happier. Wish I'd bought my vehicles from them. Less expensive. Go to them for sales, and/or service. You won't be sorry. Bobby Rahal was a race car driver.

Just wanted to amend the above review: they do supply service loaner cars. Sorry. Mea culpa.
