John Whipkey has helped me with my Honda in a competent, professional and friendly manner. He and his wife run the shop, and the fact that their dog oversees things obviously helps, too. Most impressive is that John is not the average greaseball wrenchmonkey, but a polite, knowledgeable person. He and his staff get their work done on or before their commitments . This is a rural area along US Rt 30, and having his services available is reassuring, given the track record of many of the other garages. I drive the 20 miles to his shop instead of using the ones near my home. John is also an AAA affiliate and has towed me and many friends out of jams over the past 20 years. I highly recommend him for regular maintenance or emergency service.

Always helpful and courteous. The only time they did not fix the problem, they did it again (succesfully) at no charge. Will always try to find the cheaper solution, rather than just bolt on an expensive replacement.
