Good's is always there to take the time they need to explain what is going on inside the car. They help even when I am going to do it on my own, walking me thourgh every step. Now I do have to admit that the price of parts can be a little pricey but they have no problem with me getting my own parts and shipping them to the shop. I will not take either of my cars anywhere else.

While away from home for a couple of days on a work trip, my sister called from home to tell me that my car was leaking oil onto her driveway. Being a young female, I didn't have the first clue how to fix it. I logged onto the CarTalk Website, and through the mechanix files, I found Good's Automotive. These guys were great! It turns out that the last people to change my oil hadn't tightened the oil cap on the bottom of my car. They did that for free, then proceeded to inform me that my two front tires were in dire need of replacement (which I did happen to know). They gave me a great price on the tires, and when I let them know I was in a time crunch to get back to work, they replaced them in 10 minutes, twenty minutes before they originally said they'd be done. These guys are AWESOME. I've seriosly thought about going back to them for routine care, even though I live about two hours away.
