Great with customer. Friendly, courteous and more than willing to explain the problem. Can call anytime and get advice for trouble shooting. Only place I've ever felt good about giving mony for a service. Going there over 20 years even though there are a lot of places closer to home.

These folks have been able to squeeze me in every time I've ever called with a car problem - Wonderful.

This is a small 2-bay operation in little Hellertown, PA. Nothing fancy, but Bobby Klein runs a place that is downright honest and almost cheap too! He talks everythring through with you. Does what is needed and doesn't try to snowball - he has talked me OUT of getting stuff done more than a few times. My neighbor loves him so much she used to send him a Christmas $ bonus before she moved to Florida! A good old fashioned, small town, family run operation that is very reasonable in price. I just got rear brake pads done and it cost $125 for parts and labor.
