I used them a couple of times a few years back. The shop was recommended to me by a friend. They fixed my car for one sixth what the dealer said it would cost. Instead of replacing a bunch of parts they cleaned a couple and maybe replaced something small. They explained the whole thing to me very patiently. They also told me that I would eventually need to replace the transmission but for the value I may as well drive it until it went. Well, I drove it for another year and a half before just getting rid of it and I never had to replace the transmission. That alone saved me well over $1,000.00. They could have just as easily told me I needed to have it done and taken my money, especially after the dealer had said it needed to be done. But they didn't. That means a lot to me. Very competent, fair and honest.
