Shortly after Fran had moved to his new shop (like about a week), I picked up my car after routine maintenance and inquired as to why the bathroom was out of commission, this being a new shop and all. He genuinely delighted in the humor of the situation that rendered it so and told me that he was partly responsible for the situation. It seems an octagenarian gentleman, a long time customer, needed repair (on his car) and called Fran. Usually, the gent would drive in and leave the car and Fran would drive the man home and then pick him up later when the car was done. On the day in question, Fran was in the middle of something and said it'd be about an hour before he could pick him up. In the intervening time, the man decided to have his wife follow him in with her car. After they dropped off the car and were leaving, the man's wife sorta forgot to put the car in reverse to back out of the parking spot and gave the balking vehicle (the tires were up against a concrete curb) a little more gas, then a little more, then enough so that it finally jumped the curb and crashed through the new building, wrecking the bathroom. Fran accepted a share of the blame and swore he'd never again hesitate to pick up the man again. He also does good work at a fair price and never hesitate to explain any work.

I would recomend Fran's Auto shop for any general repair work and if he is unable to correct the problem he will tell you why.
