I took my car to a national tire dealer for new tires. The mechanic told me my '96 Buick could make him seasick the way it bounces and new shocks would solve the problem. The price for all four, about $700.00. I took my car to Horstick United Motors and asked Wayne to put new shocks on it. He got underneath the car and shook the shocks. When he finally came out from under the car he said I don't need shocks and they're fine. I like the way my car rides. It is one of the best riding cars I have owned so needless to say I saved $700.00 by having my mechanic check it out. His partner Doug is just as good and honest. I recommend their garage for general repairs as they are both good and honest.

I am willing to rent a car and have them fix my car problems rather than take it somewhere else that is more convenient.I have total faith in their judgment and workmanship. I have taken my cars to Wayne Cupp for over 30 years and to his partner Doug KJaoo for over 10 years. They are first class.

Many positive experiences with them. I continued to take my car there for repair after moving away. I think they went out of their way to take care of my car.

Wayne Cupp and Doug Kapp are two consistent mechanics. One of the things I most appreciate is that, if they cannot repair something, they will tell you quickly. If they are going to be busy because of end of the month inspections, they will tell you the best time to have your repairs completed. They take time to talk socially with you, as well as professionally. One of my friends, who also goes to Horstick's, says they are always trying to check your wipers. This friend recommends you specify the wipers are fine. This has become an ongoing joke. Many people I know take their vehicles to them, and I have never heard a complaint. They have even checked out several used cars for me over the years before I purchased them. And they charged me nothing, even though I insisted on paying. I had to buy gift certificates, and hide them in thank-you cards, in order to pay them something. These guys are great!
