Mark Sapienza has been working on my family's cars for more than 25 years. My dad is pretty hard on cars (forgets oil changes, neglects routine maintenance, etc.), and Mark has always been patient and competent about fixing the ensuing problems. In addition, I went to the shop so many times as a child that Mark made sure that *I* knew how to take care of my car and wouldn't make the same mistakes my dad did. He is very flexible about car drop-offs and clear about whether the work needs to be done immediately, or if it can wait until the next paycheck, next month, or next year. Mark's staff is friendly and never laughed when my mom came in to describe a "chiggity, chiggity, wahh, wahh" sound. They just fixed it. I can't say enough about Sapienza's.

I have been a customer of Mark Sapienza since 1967, and have recommended his work to many others. I know very little about the workings of an automobile and I feel confident in taking the car to Mark's, explaining to him the problem, and having him fix it. I never ask for an estimate (although he usually gives me one) because I know that no one else will do the job at less expense. If he finds something that will cost more than he thinks I want to pay, he will call and we will decide whether we should have it repaired, try to get a used part, or just forget about it. I can't say enough good things about Mark Sapienza. Suffice it to say that I named my younger son Mark.

Mark is the most honest mechanic I know. I trust his judgement when he makes recommendations for repair work. He has been repairing my vehicles for 20 years. He also does great body repair work. Mark always shows me the parts he replaced and explains why the work was necessary. I would not go any where else.
