The service seems very professionally run. There are 4 countermen who assign the work based on the type of work and car model. They work quickly and the charges seem reasonable to me. They tend to under recommend work to be done rather than suggest too many repairs.

My wife and I wound up going to Fitzgerald's because it happens to be near our office. However, we are finicky consumers and would have switched to a different place in a heartbeat if we were not satisfied with the service (even if it turned out to be less convenient for us). Our experience with Fitzgerald's has been great. We have always been satisfied with the routine repairs and maintenance they have done for our 2 vehicles. We were particularly impressed when we brought in my wife's car for what we thought would be a fairly expensive ($200+) repair and they offered a solution for $25 that has worked out just fine.

My friends car broke down a few times, they could never figure out what was wrong and one of them went out and drove her car. They finally found the problem. They were so good about trying their best to find the problem as quick as they could. They are great there.

This place is within walking distance from my house. I have used them for tires, flats and the occasional repair. They are always pleasant, helpful and will do only what is truly needed. They are also very fast. An excellent neighborhood establishment. Joe Vey

These guys are great. I have been using them since 1997 and unfortunately have to move to a different state otherwise I would continue to use them. As a woman, I feel I was always treated fairly and explained my options for my car. One time my car started making a wierd noise so I dropped it off as I was driving by. They told me they probably were not going to be able to fix my car that day since they were booked, but somehow they squeezed me in. I only hope I can find someone as good as them when I move!

After being repeatedly screwed by my family's mechanic I finally took my car to Fitzgerald's which is right down the street. I have never used them for anything major but they seemed very helpful with the small stuff. One really good thing is they have convienent hours (weeknights, weekends). I will definitely use them for future work.

These guys are great. I have used them for years. I recently moved to North Wales and still go back to Fitzgeralds. One time they overcharged me. I did notice it on the bill, they called me several times ( I was out of town) they left several messages. I feel they always go the extra mile for their customers
