John is a great car guy. My family has gone to Rudolph's forever and now that I live in Massachusetts, I still have him do all our auto repair (provided we can get the car there!) FURTHERMORE, John sold me my first car, an early 80's Dodge Omni, which never gave me any problems for the 3- 4 years I owned it...and I sold it for only a hundred or so dollars less than I bought it for. Any guy who can keep a Dodge Omni going that well deserves four stars in my book! One caveat - the only work John ever did that I wasn't 100% satisfied with was transmission work- hey we all have slight flaws!

they have always done everything possible to make a car repair as pleasant an experience as a car repair can possibly be. they have even suggested other repair people in the area in case they feel that someone else would be better at that particular repair (transmission repair). have suggested others try these guys and they have not been disappointed.

These are the only guys who I really trust with my car. Thry are honest to a fault.
