I was an ASE mechanic in a former life and I'm very picky about the service I want. Randy's is excellent! He will try and get used parts when working on our older car, when the situation fits. He will tell you if there is a problem but that it is not serious and can wait. He will also tell you when to get something fixed right away. He won't tell you that something has to be repaired at inspection time if it "really" doesn't. He will also tell you when it's time to stop dumping money into a your car. He is one honest mechanic and business owner.

Had exhaust problems while traveling in 1979 Toyota mini-motorhome. They took us in immediately (they DID have other work going), and promptly fixed a loose gasket problem, charges us REALLY little, and sent us off. While not a challenging task, they struck me as great people: competent, efficient, fair, honest - and NICE.
