I've taken my Hondas here for many years, and have purchased three from this dealership with nothing but good results on the service or purchase sides. The service department has, for me, always been efficient, skilled at repairs, accomodating and honest. They're also longtime NPR sponsors, and how could a garage that has that sort of leaning not be a good place to trust with your car?

Dix Honda stands head and shoulders above the crowd in all areas of the automobile business. It is rare these days to be able to say that a car dealer can be trusted and has exceptional customer service. The owners of Dix Honda really understand that there is a direct correlation between the service department and the sales department. Poor service results in no repeat sales to customers. Since discovering them four years ago, my family has purchased a Civic Si, an Accord, an Element and a Ridgeline. I could not be happier with their service. My wife and daughter have both commented that Dix is the only place that they can go and be treated honestly and with respect and are very comfortable going there on their own. They deserve and are well known for their exceptional customer service in this community (State College, PA).

I'm a female customer that does a lot of her own repair work. If I have trouble with repairs, I can call the service department and they will help talk me through the repairs. I have bought parts in the past, and then later found I was not able to install them, and they installed them for me without forcing me to buy new parts. I have spent many hours in their waiting room (free wifi, coffee, and snacks) and they are never patronizing or confusing when discussing repairs. They have brought me into the shop to explain repairs to me. In addition, they have employed at least two female mechanics so they have no issues discussing repairs with female customers in the same way they would with male customers. I completely trust this garage.
