My car was starting rough, and sometimes stalling. I had it in the dealership and various shops several times, always getting a big bill and no results. So I gave up and dealt with the problem. A few months later, I needed inspection. When I couldn't get a convenient time at the dealership, a friend recommended Terry. I took my car in, and when I picked it up, the rough start problem was fixed! He just noticed it and fixed it without my requesting it! I have been loyal ever since. And for good reason! Once I had to get my timing belt replaced. He hit an unforseen snag late in the day. Instead of giving me my car back the following day, he worked on it until it was done... I picked up my car from him at midnight! I know of no other mechanic who is so dedicated that they will stay in their shop until midnight just to keep a customer from being late to work in the morning. He is so great. Oh, one more thing. He saves the old parts he takes out so you can see how they were broken. This is great for me, because being a girl who doesn't fix cars, when I get a huge bill for a head gasket replacement it's a lot easier to swallow with the rotten disintegrated head gasket sitting right there. This man is a genius. There is nothing about a Volkswagen that can stump him. Or any German car for that matter. He is a God of German Mechanics. I could recommend no one better for your German car if you live within 100 miles of him. And I won't move far away now that I've found him. He's one of a kind. And he's also very nice.

Terry of Terry's Sercive Center is perhaps the most competent mechanic I've ever met, let alone the work he has done on my vehicles has always been top notch. Uses only the best parts and is truly a perfectionist. Terry restores my faith in mankind. I can't say enough good things about him. He also has the coolest set of tools I've ever seen and I've seen some cool tools. A specialist in German cars. You guys should get your cars fixed there. Regards, S.Weems smkldf@aol.com

Terry's VW Service has two of the most obsessive compulsive mechanics on earth, and this is a good thing. Things get done right the first time using the correct parts... the best part is, the labor fee isn't $95/hour like at the VW dealer... so repairs are less expensive!

I have a 2005 BMW 321i that I just love. After coming off warranty, I wanted to find someone who would not rob me to keep it running well. I believe Terry is that guy. He strikes me as a man of integrity. He is a great mechanic and a lover of cars - especially German cars. You just get the impression that he will never steer you wrong or try and snow you on what is important. I just like doing business with him because he knows his stuff and provides a great service at a fair price. I am just grateful that he is around and hope he stays that way for a long time.
