as a single woman who does not know much about cars they have provided excellent advice and repairs and patiently answered questions in the over 5 years I have been going to them

I can't tell you how many times they've worked on our 1985 AMC Eagle. They have eliminate every possible cause and do not want a car to leave their shop if it isn't running the way it should. The Eagle is a nightmare to fix, but they have taken it back time and again and never re- charged a diagnostics fee. Half the time we pick up the keys, we owe nothing. These guys are a mechanic's mechanic. Also - I highly recommend them to women. They are so polite and willing to explain all the details. They stay in constant communication with you while they work on your vehicle. As a single female, I feel like they could be my older brother (especially Keith).
