Bought two new cars from this dealership. Used to take an old Mazda RX-7 to them. They were selling, and servicing them as well, at the time, now they've split the Mazda dealership off across the street. Always had good luck with them with the Mazda. 2010 Prius, brand new, took in for first service, dark blue car, white with road salt in the winter. Got back, no wash. Service manager sent letter, how'd we do, anything we could have done better? Replied about car wash, he got all defensive. Said they offered car washes at $19.95, but didn't include free with service, to keep their costs low. Their cost for a 10,000 mile service on my new Camry, which I also bought from them new, and now take to another dealership farther away, that washes, and vacuums your car, and has no parking problems, is $35 higher for the synthetic oil change. Got my Camry back from them for its first service, five greasy fingers prints on the driver's door, no wash. I go someplace else now, where the parking, service, and car, and service prices are better. It's more of a drive, but it's worth it to me. I always feel good when I leave there, not like I just got my nose rubbed in it, which is how I started feeling from this dealership service department.
