Car Crafters is a family-owned and operated dealer/mechanic specializing in pre-owned Volvo sales and service. My family has trusted them with our cars for years. In fact, when my parents bought a car from them that turned out to be less than satisfactory, they bought it right back, no hassles. As a woman, I often feel like other mechanics are trying to take me for a ride, but I've always felt completely confident that Car Crafters was giving me the best service at the lowest price.

two mechanics own the shop. they are independent. they grew up tearing volvo's apart and putting them together again. i would guess they are in their early thirty's. the shop is in the middle of nowhere but when you go up a quarter mile lane (all hill) there it is. when you approach the shop you know your in the right place cause there are 3 rows of volvos about 10 in each row waiting to see the doctor. their prices are on the average much better than what a volvo dealership charges and they do much better work. they get it right the first time.
