It's good to find a mechanic that you trust and has reasonable prices. Good people!

All of the employees at J&K have always been courteous and knowledgeable. I do most of the work on my own cars, but if there is a job I don't want to do I would bring the car to J&K.

Short version: Great shop. Great prices. Great guys. Alignments perfect and big/small jobs no problem. Always time for questions and a wise crack/joke. Longer version: I have some don't knows, but I'm a male customer, so I don't know how they treat the female's cars. I would dare to say they treat everyone the same. As far as the screw up response, I have yet to get any mistakes. They did my fuel pump which is a job, and the mechanic insisted on doing the fuel filter.(I could tell he gets some resistance from most customers on such topics.) That shows me that he cares about doing a great job. A cheap part that should get changed out at the time of the job. Didn't have to tell me twice. Nice neighborhood? Yeah, I don't think the trees, cows, and other businesses there are going to meddle with the cars parked there. Also, in plain sight of a major highway, so not a prime spot for misintent. Shuttle service? Never needed one.
