As a single mom with a limited income, ABE has always understood that they need to warn me of any high costs. They always have and many times when I thought the problem might be something costly, I was happily informed otherwise. Many times they have told me that something could wait several months (which helped my budget greatly). I have been going to ABE for 10 years, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They explain everything in a way I can understand, they are extremely helpful, very honest, and they DO treat women professionally, respectfully, and fairly. When they encounter a problem they cannot or would rather not repair, they admit that and only make a referral if you ask for one.

Cliff Senior is now retired, but Cliff Junior is a capable guy. We used to drop our cars off there a lot, since my wife worked across the street. We always were happy to give them business, and felt we were well treated. I like explainations, thorough ones, and they're good at that. The place is always stuffed with cars needing repair, which is a recommendation in and of itself.
