I brought my Explorer to Glenn and Ken's to have the downstream O2 sensor replaced. They quoted me a price and even agreed to use the parts I had purchased. When the repair was completed in substantially less time, they only charged me for the time taken as oppossed to the hour that is budgeted. The work was of excellent caliber. Staff are extremely knowledgable and curteous. The garage was clean and well organized. All mechanics are ASE certified and the shop is approved by AAA so I was able to get a member discount. They service my bimmer and explorer and will continue to have my repeat business!

These guys are great. I took my Honda CR-V there after the local Honda dealer--Marty Sussman Honda of Roslyn, PA-- tried to rip me off. Sussman told me I had a "pinhole leak" in one of my vehicle's CV boots. Sensing foul play, I took the car to Glenn and Ken's after finding them on this website. I'm very glad I did. The mechanic there, Brett, told me that not only was there no such pinhole leak, but the Honda mechanic had put the backing plates on backwards (!) when replacing them after inspecting the car's front end. Their hourly rate is a little higher than some, but the honesty and competance is SO worth it! Viva Glenn and Ken's and viva Cartalk.com.
