I visited this shop first because it is located closed to where I lived at the time. I've been back twice more since. 1. I brought my dismembered drive-shaft in which I had sheared a large bolt. The tech removed it free of charge. 2. I was test-driving a used car, pulled in without an appointment, and the mgr. gave me advice for 15 min. 3. They replaced my entire exhaust at a reasonable price.

Of all the mechanics I've met, these guys are probably more apt to working on a space shuttle than my crappy neon. I felt a bit like a joke giving these guys a "5" on most everything, but to try to make my posting look less like a commercial would have been dishonest. I can reasonably expect a car that was brought in the morning to be done by the evening. This is probably aided by the courier they employ. In terms of friendliness, competence, and customer education this shop makes me feel like they like (or love) what they do.

I had several exhausts built for custom cars. They were always fair and did an excellent job.
