I agree with the previous commenter. I,too, do not agree with the perfect scores given. The ppl there are very nice and accomodating, but they are way too expensive and recommend repairs that are not essential. I always felt like they wanted to repair as many things they could find for the sake of fixing them. They didn't always find the least expensive way to repair a problem.

I have taken my '97 Volvo 850 to them for 8 years and have been 100% satisfied. The parts and labor are reasonably priced and they guarantee their work, i.e., if they install a faulty part, they will replace it with the good part and not charge labor because they stand behind their work. They will give customers a ride to home or work. They explain everything they did and show worn out parts. I couldn't suggest any improvements.
