This place is clean, tastefully decorated, nice restroom. Waiting area only has chairs, but the magazines are current! They serve coffee. They have been voted 'best shop' in the Mid Valley area 10 years in a row.

This is a NAPA auto care center. They havea tow service that is AAA approved. I have found them to be clear and informative. The work has always been done in the time specified, at the cost they gave (or less) in the estimate. A very busy shop so it is not as personalized as some, but they make an effort to make folks feel comfortable. I have trusted them for 5+ years without a grave concern. They answer my questions and when there have been problems jumped on them right away and fixed them.

They are capable of excellent work. However, they frequently don't complete the job correctly the first time. They always politely correct the problem with no extra job. It just gets annoying having to take back.
