Frank Warren's Auto combines integrity and knowledge to provide what I am convinced is the best automotive service in Portland. All of the employees are polite and professional. Since I am a woman, mechanics have sometimes treated me as if I know nothing about cars and, further more, don't need to know anything about them. At Frank Warrens, I have always been treated with respect and my cars' [1972 Mercedes and a 1989 Blazer] problems explained to me in a way that is not denigrating. They do a great job!!

Family business in the same location for nearly 60 years, excellent reputation locally.

Although the did the 'major' tune-up on my A8 (1997), they really underestimated how long it would take. So far, I have found this very issue with every mechanic I have used since I bought the car (dealer or independent). Overall though, I think they were very up front in the unexpected delay and went the 'extra mile' to get it done in time for my trip departure. Cost, like is always the cost for the current generation of Audi's (VW, Porsche, too) is rarely reasonable, but, luckily relatively rare.
