Tran is eager to find ways to repair your car that are economical and quick. He has always recommended an easier option to a problem compared to what I thought was an obvious repair. And saved us money in the meantime.

Tran is a smart, friendly, honest guy who really cares enough to do the job right. I highly recommend him for any make of car. He's done all my family's cars. I'm talking about five people with ten cars over the past 15 years! I send all my friends to him. You have to be patient with his Viet accent, especially over the phone. But once you are used to it, there will be no problem communicating.

Tran is highly knowledgeable about all kinds of automobiles, and is honest to a fault. He has test driven cars for me, at no charge, and has even advised me on negotiating tactics when buying or selling a vehicle. He services all of our family's vehicles. He will send you elsewhere if he cannot solve your problem. Recently I needed a new set of tires. Rather than sell me a set, he sent me somewhere where I could save money. I have sent others to Tran, and all are uniformly pleased. I wish there were more people like Tran, in any field or profession. He's a wonderful mechanic and you will not be sorry you used him.

Tran is a good, honest, affordable mechanic. People are right about the accent over the phone (keep it brief if you call him and don't go into too much detail), but it's easy to speak with him in person, and he's a very pleasant person. He hasn't charged me for checking out my car when I decided not to do the repair. With my last visit he went into great detail about exactly what was wrong with the car, what was causing it, and what to do depending on how long I wanted to keep the car. My wife and a friend have both had free inspections from him when they bought used cars; the friend ignored his advice, and he regretted it later.

Tran is FANTASTIC. I took both my Kia Spectra and Toyota Camry to him, and he consistently does great work. He often does small repairs for free- I've been surprised numerous times when he has declined to charge me for labor. I just took my Camry in to have him look at a screwy window regulator, and he didn't charge me a cent. In addition, he is the absolute opposite of those shops or mechanics who want to charge you for things you don't need. He will give me lots of information about what's going on with my car, but he never pressures me into paying for anything superfluous. His shop is open Saturdays and late-ish on weekdays, and he and his family are genuinely nice people.
