Was not a major repair- rather a diagnostic review following illumination of the "check engine" light. Once review conducted and system fault code reset, no reccurrence of warning. Shop didn't try to find something for which they could justify a fix/higher fee. Shop checked for possible owner cost reductions, should there be a subsequent problem, via vehicle warranty. Shop cleaned vehicle prior to customer return,

I have been using their 3-Point Oil service area for regular oil changes, and am very pleased with the service they have provided. My 96 Sunfire had the original transmission go out, and it was replaced with a used one. Every time I go in for an oil change the fluid is very low, and in spite of the poor design and inaccessability of this, they check and fill it for me. They suggested that I come in between changes, and they check and refill it for me at no charge. I know that when the time comes to do more work on the car, Everett Street is the one I will go to. (Did I mention they are also prompt and polite? And AAA approved!)

The found and fixed the problem quickly and as inexpensively as possibly. They showed me the broken parts without asking and explaioned everything very well. The also did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and did an inspection of other systems free of charge.

They are always willing to explain what's going on with my car and they do great internet marketing!

I came to this garage for a second opinion. Their quote was $240 less than the first garage (a dealership). Then they were able to avoid having to replace extra parts (due to rusty bolts) by soaking the bolts overnight, which saved me another $230. They were also honest about the risks of the worst-case scenario. Overall, very customer-service oriented.
