Bob Randall is impressive in his integrity. When he overhauled my transmission an odd shifting showed up a week later. Just on my word alone he took it apart to find that the rebuilt torque converter he installed had a minor flaw. It worked great for along time. When I wore it out again four years later I didnt hesitate to back to him! And this time he even saved me some money since some of the rebuilt parts werent worn enough. (Seems I do to much backing up an incline to park at home.) Sincerely, Alex

this was a great experience, the time i took my rig to Bradshaw's. i usually take her to the dealership, but this time it was something to do with the battery/alternater which is something i thought i could get done outside of the dealership (which is super far away.) so i asked all my friends- 'who do i go to?' and two folks said unhesitatingly 'go to Bradshaw's!). i'm so glad i did. cost me a little over a $100 and they got to it in 4 hrs! that's right, i dropped off my vehicle, took the bus up the street, went shopping, then got a call on my mobile that they had fixed it, so hopped a bus back down. awesome same day turnaround! super nice folks. and it is right on *the hub* of s.e. bus service - very convenient. and theoretically another shop might have attempted to take advantage of the fact that i am female and known very little about vehicles, and charged me more for things i didn't need, but i knew the second i walked in that that just wasn't going to happen at Bradshaw's. they're more mature than that - they focus on the job at hand. and with all their ACE certification, i felt super comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. that's my tale!
