I got Tom's name out of the yellow pages right after my transmission had died as a result of another mechanic's incompetence. Not only did Tom put a reliable used transmission in my car for a good price, he actually testified in may case against the other mechanic. I won and the mechanic has since moved. Aside from being a really nice guy who went to unusual lengths for a stranger, he's a great mechanic who I always could trust. A couple years after our first meeting, I bought a used car in Seattle. A mechanic in Seattle estimated the car needed over $2,000 worth of work. I took it to Tom after purchasing it and he did $300 worth of work. He is someone I trust absolutely. When I found out I had to move out of state, Tom and good auto repair was one of my first considerations. My husband and I are considering buying a new car and we're getting a VW so Tom can take care of it. Now that my car is broken down across the country, I wish I could just call up Tom or his son and know that they'll do what it takes, and only what it takes, to make it better.

Tom and Brad are great! I have a 1977 VW Bus and they go the extra mile to locate parts for me. They even sand blasted my "no longer to be found" windshield wiper arms, and painted them for me ! They have worked on my bus since I've had it, and they are THE BEST !!!
