No matter how badly I screw up my car (dings, bats, scrapes, lugging, riding the clutch, winding up the rpms, slamming the brakes, the list is unending...) these guys NEVER blame me. Of course, I've paid them an arm and a leg over the past couple of years for their expertise. They have trusted me with their "loaner" (another story) when the work wasn't finished on schedule and that was the body shop's problem, not their's. These guys remind me of a couple of bozos I listen to on the radio: very good natured, sweet tempered, kind to lost puppies and distressed ladies, eager to send out the tow truck no matter where I've lost my cool and my car AND THEY'VE WAITED UNTIL MY NEXT PAYCHECK FOR PAYMENT!! OK, OK, it could all be a screen but I've often thought the same about Click and Clack. So sue me. Thanks for letting me vent. Delciea

Talked to Ben & Jacob and um... some nice lady whose name I didn't catch... all these folks were super nice and as accomodating as they could be... work was fast and well done, car even smelled nice when I picked it up. They described the problem very effectively, the tolls it could take elsewhere, what to look for in aftercare, and what they did while the car was in. Also pointed out a couple other tics the car has had for a while, so it's pretty obvious they were paying good attention. My only complaint was that I biked to pick up my car and Yahoo maps didn't tell me I had to pedal the last mile of the trip up a 12 degree incline :) -Marc

They have the qualities the consumers expect from every mechanic: Trustworthiness, good pricing and quality work. Kudos to them..

Mountain Tech is the best place to have a Subaru fixed. They only work on Subies and it's a family-owned business. They always finish work on time and work hard to squeeze my car in when it was making funny noises. They even dug though a full garbage can to find my old starter and explain why it didn't work anymore. My family has been customers for about 15 years now.

Great place and great people.

Matt and the crew at Mountain Tech are great! I was referred to them by a co-worker, and now I wouldn't take my Subaru any place else. At least three times I've been there, and every time the final cost was less than the estimate. They seemed to be really honest with me about what needed to be done right away, and what could wait awhile, you know, until the next paycheck. Not to mention, my car is cleaner after they get done with it than it ever is any other time -- thanks guys!
