Carlos Zuniga is forthright, honest (even when it hurts), and competant and has managed to keep my families odd assortment of import cars running well over the years. Although they specialize in imports they even took on my 1 ton Dodge van when it was ailing, managing to fit the behemoth into one of the bays, squeezed in between a Golf and a Civic. I put 300,000 miles on a Suzuki Samurai thanks to Carlos and his nearly magical ability to trouble shoot just about anything I could break. At that time I was a student who couldn't afford much in repairs and Carlos made it all work.

They are friendly, and have been there for a while with the same folks, which indicates that they are not jerks or such. I've also never had them blatently lie to me as I've had happen at a dealer (about some expensive work needing done, e.g. a timing belt. Did they think I wouldn't remember I had it done somewhere else about a month ago?) They are also understanding and good about squeezing work in when a car shows up in the middle of the night from an "oh heck, the car just died" experience. (We tend to run our cars for "just a few" miles, which can lead to this sort of thing). They use factory parts, at least for me (which I care about).

Contrary to an earlier review, I've never had them recommend something that didn't need to be done. I have had difficult problems found and fixed as well as routine work.
