I am disabled and rely on my '95 Ford van to carry both me and my wheelchair. Phil, the owner, and his lead mechanic, Tad, have been very accommodating to me. As a non- mechanically minded man, I rely on them to provide me with competent repairs and honesty. They have provided me with both. In addition, They have twice given me a ride home after I dropped my van for service, and picked me up when the repair was completed. They did not charge me for this service.

Phil's has been our go-to mechanic for 10+ years. They helped us with our van, Volkswagen, Ford Tempo, Taurus, Accord ... Always straight up with estimates and prompt service. I have always appreciated their communication - what is going on with the vehicle, any surprises, and expected completion time. I count on their work. Customer service is where they're at.
